Exchanges
We have a strict 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your order must be in the same condition as received, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@lifecoats.co.za. Once your exchange is accepted, we will arrange a time and date for collection of product/s. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Tip: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Thereafter, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Custom products (such as special orders/colours/stone grit),
Tinted products and,
Hardware goods (such as masking tape, drop sheets, brushes, rollers & floats).
Refunds
We are committed to helping you get the our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is in accordance with the above mentioned, you will be automatically refunded or credited within 72hrs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and delivery costs.
